I've seen pictures of people using certain stickers to deal with the Dell logo. Any of you use stickers on your e1505, 1405 or 1705? And if you do, do you just stick things right over the logo? I'm thinking the flickr logo would be a pretty sweet sticker to cover the Dell logo with.

The Mac Apple seems a lot cooler than the Dell logo. I was thinking of slapping stickers on my Dell lid but that might be too messy. I'm thinking of getting a simple full lid schticker with the power symbol instead of the dell logo.

If you're not proud of your Dell why did you buy it?

dont think you have to be proud of whatever electronics brand you buy. I bought mine for many other reasons. I think my xps is nice, but ive never though I was "proud" of my dell. I will say that many mac buyers probably buy them for the "trendy" hip vibe that their marketing really pushes...and that is why they look "cool"

I'm happy with the price of the dell that I purchased, but I'm just saying a little cosmetic modification would be nice. Especially since there will probably be a billion more identical dell 1505's on campus.

i agree with modern on this. I love my dell because of the cost but i think its ugly too. i have the 640m e1405 and my main beef is the the white plastic around the thing.
