    Stock 3DMark06 Result!

    I just ran 3DMark06 @ 1280x800 and i got 4730 3DMarks! :)

    I think that should be how it is stock, because i am running it at 1280x800..

    But if im wrong please correct me, i want to know if i am above or below average..

    I'm going to OC soon :D

    LOL, i posted a thread on my 3DMarks and you ask me about my laptop deal lol...

    Anyways, yeah i got it off Dell online, not outlet, and i configured it like that and then i used a 25% off coupon, came out to be like $1400 and then i called them and they gave me free next day shipping plus an additional 5% or so off so it reduced down to $1283.48

    Congrats you got a good deal on that one.

    Btw on 3dmark you have to use your native resolution which is 1440x900. You will probably get around 4.2k pts

    I got 4950 @ 1280x800 with XP and my own driver (174.31) installed. :)

    You can't really compare with other people's scores unless you switch to proper default resolution though, which is 1280x1024.

    I only ran the test at that lower res so I could compare with all the people on here that bought less than WSXGA+ screens.

    I got with vista SP1 and driver 174.31 4612

    OC'ed at 625/849 its was 5600ish

    in gaming (cod4) there hardly is a diffrence though

    Get *cough cough* sick!

    Luckily my job is babysitting my sisters kids for $40 a day. This laptop will make it a much easier job :-D

    And 1280x1024 isnt the "Proper" resolution its just the default one. My laptop isnt improper just because its not 1024
