I had to replace a cpu fan on a 640m. The computer hasn't been used much in months. I do the replacement and everything seems fine. I put it in hibernation mode and the weirdness starts. After a few minutes, the computer starts to vibrate for a second....then the front multimedia controls flash off and on. They continue to flash quickly every 10 or so seconds. I also hear noise...which sounds like the fan. So, I turn OFF the computer. After 10 mins or so, I hear the vibration and then the lights start flashing periodically. The 640m is only on battery power, no AC adapter while this is happening. Ofcourse, remove the battery .....everything stops...since there is no power source.

    Any ideas?????
