    Hello Guys.
I have one very hot place on my notebook.
I know what I have on the bottom - 2 Ram Slots.
But What I have exactly under the pad!
I guess may be It is audio chip, but I don't have easy access to this place.
    See the picture please.
And really - Where is situated the audio chip?!

why do you want to access this?
you have to unmount the palm rest, but you'll void your warranty

It is a pain taking the palm rest off as I have, but I don't rem. what was under there chip wise (as I was swapping the touchpad)

    With that said...

It does NOT warranty your Dell warranty to open your machine up. Never has and (hopefully) never will. BUT! If you break something doing it that won't be covered under warranty.

    My target:
I have crackling sound + I noticed - when I mute the sound under Windows - the surface is well!
When I'm listening on my headphones - not very hot - OK too!
But when I'm on integrated speakers somehow the surface from the picture becomes hot!
IS THE AUDIO CHIP SITUATED UNDER MY LEFT PALM REST?
May be THE AUDIO CHIP overhead due to some electrical issue??!

Sorry my English is really bad!
