This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi,

    I just bought a 14z refurbished. However, I am finding the backlit keyboard has an unacceptable amount of flex. I was wondering if this is a problem everyone is having...would a different/replacement/non-backlit keyboard be better? Is there any way to fix this?
