I just made a clean install of Windows 7 on my Studion 14z, but am confused as to which of the drivers/utilities on the Dell website are really essential. So far I installed the Nvidia drivers only; what others are essential? Sound? Touchpad? Battery power optimization? Is there a guide for this?

    Thank you!

Might not be the right model number, but this should get you started: http://support.dell.com/support/top...62A8739E0401E0A55174744&doclang=en&l=en&s=biz

Basically, go to support.dell.com, put the service tag in and download the drivers in the guide.

I don't know if there a direct link to it, but if you click the "warranty status" link on the left hand side, and then click the "original configuration" tab, you can see what your system shipped with if there are any questions on what driver to load.
