I just got a Studio 1537 and have updated the BIOS to A05. I have the 1440x900 LED display, which I normally set to half brightness. Vista is set to turn the display off after 10 minutes. Sometimes when the display turns back on, it takes the backlight a second to come back on. Basically the screen comes on very and is very dim, and about a second later it returns to its normal brightness (halfway). Is this normal? Or should I be concerned?
