If your cd or dvds are getting stuck on the poorly designed cd drive, I get a solution that works most of the time.
When the cd drive is trying the eject the cd bang or punch the right of the middle of the keyboard just above the cd drive. For me it poped out my cds a couple of times.
I tried this because I got pissed off of the poorly designed and cheap cd drive.

GOOD LUCK and post some feedback.

It only happens with the cds dell sent me. Why would I sit on my computer nightmear? Its a light punch or not even a punch a tap. It just needs a little vibration to pop the cd out of the circle thing.

because you shouldn't have to do that. it will only get worse, not better tbh.

Its like buying a new car, and being happy with the fact that every so often it needs to be jump started, or the door wont lock unless you reset the central locking.
