Hey i was wondering im planning on downloading some games like Counterstrike source and a few other 3rd party games for my studio 15. I was wondering if my laptop will be good enough to play these kind of games and if so what would the fps be on it

According to someone with a 5850 and 3gb of ram, CS:S is playable on max settings with 75fps. So you and I will be more than fine :)

You will be probably able to play most games that are not over-the-top graphics.

and what frame rate would that give you? im also looking at the studio 15 im looking to play old games mostly like halo, half life 2 and counter strike and gmod, but halo 2 is the most demanding so i wonder what setings would get it running smoothly, say no lower than 40 fps. thanks in advance.

Since I was able to play Warhammer Online weekend before last (Preview weekend) on my Studio17, something tells me that the Studio15 will be able to handle CS just fine.

yeah it can play most games that are already out (mid to low settings for newer games) with my specs anyway. if you have any questions about what your studio 15 can handle just go to.

    www.canyourunit.com

and select which game you want to play on your studio 15.
make sure your using your studio 15 on this site because it analyzes your computer.
