I`m about to purchase Studio 15 but I`d like to know your experiences if it`s a good laptop or would you get something else.

I`l be using Photoshop (probably go with Elements instead of the full blown version) and Indesign.

Are any of you running XP on it, the rep told me they don`t install XP on them so I went with Vista64 (so I guess my programs wont` work)

Studio 15 media sensitive button problem post doesn`t make confident about it.

All your help would be appreciated

    Details:
    P8600 2.4 ghz
    4gb ddr2
    256 ATI 3450
    250 Sata (7200rpm)
upgraded screen (can`t remeber the details)

it looks like a good deal for 1,400 CDN /w tax... especially if you comapre to laptops at Futureshop or Bestbuy

but if I could add $200 for something much better I would

Vista x64 is fine to run just about any program out there unless it is 16 bit. There are a few quirks, but overall it is a great notebook.
