    hello there !

    I've upgraded my studio 1537 to windows 7 RC 7100 64 bit.

the webcam works fine in im programs like msn, skype etc. but when i'm trying to open "dell webcam center" , it says that it can not recognize any webcam, same with the console.

I've tried all the old and the new drivers for the webcam, nothing worked.

    any idea ?

You don't have the Dell Webcam Center disk? (Not Drivers and Utilities.) The disk that should have come with your system is specific to the Studio line, that software is not available on Dells download page which is why you keep getting that error. I assume you're using the blue colored Dell Webcam Center?

This version fixed that problem when I had my Studio 1535, let me know if it works. Sorry about the file size, I wanted to include all of the files for you. Simply run Setup.exe located below the main folders.

I guess a little off topic, does anyone know what the benefits are between having a 1.3 mp and a 2.0 mp besides the biggger mp off course?

That's basically it. 2.0 megapixel cameras can take higher-resolution photos than 1.3 megapixel models.
