When I switch on my laptop, the Found New Hardware Wizard starts saying "Windows needs to install driver software for your Bluetooth Peripheral Device". If I click on the Locate and Install Driver Option, it is unable to install any drivers.

My Bluetooth has been working fine. I have just two devices attached to my laptop via bluetooth - A bluetooth mouse and my Smartphone.

What do I do to get rid of this? This has been really eating up my nut from the day I have recieved my lappy. Please help.

I'm going to assume the driver it wants to install has something to do with your smartphone. If I were you, I would just disconnect the phone unless you really need it connected to your computer for something.

What are you doing with your phone connected to your laptop?
