    Are there any remotes available that can be used on the 1555?

    I don't think the 1555 has the IR receiver, although I may be wrong.

    Icefusion is correct, the 1555 does not have an IR port. And the standard Dell ExpressCard remotes would not fit into the slot anyway; they are made for a 54mm ExpressCard slot, and the 1555 has a 32mm slot.

    Hmm....I figured. Dang. Thanks.

    There's nothing like a remote that can be hooked up to a USB drive thing? I guess I can buy a cheap wireless mouse and do a similar job. I know some mice have remote buttons on them...but they're pricey
