    hey guys
my studio 1555 speakers have some problem
the right speaker will has "buzz" sound when i play music/video etc, especially if i turn the sound volume to high (more than 50) or play some piano music file, it will be very obvious to hear it
i have uninstalled old driver & reinstalled the latest IDT driver but still no use
i bought it last year july
should i call dell to check it ?

u can try one thing i.e
ryt click on speaker icon on the taskbar and then click on sounds options > then select the speakers options > then click on properties > then levels and disable the ehancements and then check what happens , if the speakers works fine well and good or ?

yes surely call the technical dept and they will conduct a test on the speakers through drivers and utility dvd and if the test fails they will replace the speakers if u r in warranty period.

Is it there all the time, i mean if it happens only when u r on ac line(charging)?

I have tried and the speakers volume become low relative to previous setting and i think it is not related with the setting bcoz i didnt change the setting

no different in AC or battery, the annoying "buzz" sound is from the right speaker, and very obvious if i play low quality music (eg. online video), set the volume to high (more than 50) and play piano music
