Hey guys I already have a Vostro 1700 and I want to change it ( i will gave it to my sister ) I want something a little bit smaller with good performance.
I am using the laptop for web browsing , photoshop and sometimes gaming.
I got a ps3 so I'll play with it and not that much with the laptop.

I never use ATI graphic card and i dont know much about it ! I always use Nvidia and i was very satisfied with that. I tought ATI was better in video performance and nvidia with gaming performance...

heres my configuration that i choose ! tell me what you think :

    Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Quad Core Processor @ 1.6GHz (2.8GHz Turbo Mode, 6MB Cache)
15.6” Full High Definition (1080p) High Brightness LED Display with TrueLife™ and Camera
    4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHz
    320GB SATA Hard Drive (7200RPM)
512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
8X Slot Load CD/DVD Burner (Dual Layer DVD+/-R Drive)
BATTERY OPTIONS 56 Whr Lithium Ion Battery (6 cell)
WIRELESS CARD Intel 5300 Ultimate-N Half Mini Card (3x3) with MyWiFi
SOUND OPTIONS High Definition Audio 2.2

    Thank you

Looks like a great system setup to me! :D If you didn't select the Backlit Keyboard option ($25), I highly recommend doing so.

The ATI HD 4570 is a very capable lower-to-mid-level graphics card, especially since it uses GDDR3 memory. It's not a hardcore gamer, but you may be surprised by how much it actually do..

    Enjoy!
