Can anyone tell me the dell part number for the 9 cell battery for the 1558? Ive got the 6 cell battery and its lacking a little life for me. Want to find a replacement for the 9 cell but make sure I get the right one.

Is it true that the 9-cell creates a big bulge? Is it annoying? Is it worth it? Thanks!

No bulge at the back. It lifts the back of the laptop up so there is gradient. In fact, it provides much better cooling as the air can travel under the laptop.

I posted some pics on the big 1558 thread a while go.

Bulge is nice looking. And good for air circulation. Only one thing , it make the laptop a bit heavy and problem if you are working while keeping it on lap or legs because of bulge.
