I'm looking for a good screen for watching Blu ray on.
How good is the 1920 X 1200 screen?
Can anyone say how it compares to the XPS 16 1080P and 720P screens?
Just a little concerened with the reports about the heat generated by the XPS16.

Sony also seem to be announcing a 1080P screen on their FW models.

    TIA

Thats a CCFL backlit screen isnt it? Personally, I would rather the 1440x900 LED backlit screen - bluray will still look great on it, and the LED screens are so much nicer than the CCFL ones.

i have the 1920 x 1200 and think it's great! I have wondered quite a bit about the LED option, the picture is really nice screen is plenty bright. Haven't watch any films on it yet [apart from hd youtube vids ;)] but nice screen.
