Dell had a flyer in the Sunday paper today and I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get this advertised price using dell.com/offers.
The printed offer is as follows:
studio 17
Intel Core 2 duo T6400
Vista home premium
4gb memory
500gb hd
illuminated keyboard
built-in 2.0mp webcam with digital array microphone
jet black
free shipping on electronics over $129
Save $245
Total = $749
E-Value Code: 16471-DNPHSE2
When I try to make this configuration on the dell site the closest I can come is $924. Also can't figure out where to enter the evalue code?
Bonus question: I am thinking about upgrading to the lower resolution led screen. I'm an old guy who doesn't like the micro small fonts in the higher resolution screens but I think the led might be worth the $100 upgrade? I don't do any gaming. Just pictures, movies, office, web stuff.
Thanks
Andy

Easy fix to enter the Evalue code:
Go to Dell.com and select Home
Then select the Purchase Help Tab at the top of the page
Then select the Shop by E-value Code Tab
or just enter the Evalue code herehttp://www.dell.com/content/topics/segtopic.aspx/evalue?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs

Ok, thanks much.
Any input on the upgrade from 1440x900 regular to the 1440x900 LED for $125?
I'm not one to upgrade frequently. My current Dell laptop was manufactured in 2001. -
Also would not bother with the Bright widescreen 17.0 inch WLED display (1440x900) as it will add $125
The standard LCD widescreen 17.0 inch display (1440x900) is included in Ecode Price and is fine for a old guy like me
Studio 17 for $749?
