    Hi All,
Does anyone know if it's possible to set up RAID 0 on the Studio 1737 with 2x 320GB drives. There are no options in the BIOS but I would have thought most modern motherboards support RAID 0 and 1 at least?

    Regards,
    Scott

Use CPU-Z and check, I don't think your chipset supports it. Only the ICH R series of Intel chipsets support RAID.

Hi Greg, CPU-Z reports that my chipset is an Intel PM45.

I am trying to do this on my 1737 twin 500gb drives....

there doesn't seem to be any setting in the bios. One way out is to use dynamic disk in Vista. BUT I have home premium which does not come with dynamic disc option (only ultimate and business??)

If u find a way, please post here and let me know. I had my 1737 for over a week and have sort of given up trying to raid 0 it.

I thought a software RAID would have been ok - but as you said - Vista Home Premium doesn't support it. FFS!
