I have a Studio 1737 and am quite pleased with it so far. It seems that I have lost the pop up that should appear when you adjust the audio volume with the touch controls above the top of the keyboard. The volume icon in the taskbar in the lower right corner of the screen changes, and the volume controls work, but no pop up. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have a fix? Thanks!

Check to make sure that Dell Quickset is running: look for the QuickSet icon in the Notification Area (the space with various Icons and the clock-you may have to click the "arrow" to see all the icons) on the taskbar.

If you see the QuickSet icon, click it and go to the hotkey popups menu. Check to see if "Disable On Screen Volume meter" is checked. If so, Uncheck it. If the item says "Enable On Screen Volume meter" then click it. (I don't have access to QuickSet right now so I'm not sure if it's a toggle button or a checkmark)

If this doesn't help, try uninstalling QuickSet, restarting, and reinstalling QuickSet.

    Good Luck

    Ricky :)
