Studio 1737 part availability in Germany/Europe

I'm on the verge of ordering Dell Studio 1737 in Germany so I have a few questions about parts availability in Europe. There is a discount for the Easter, but other than that I'm in no rush to buy the laptop immediately and I can wait a couple of weeks.

On dell.de website there is no option for 1920x1200 RGB LED screen and they told me in a chat that it is not even planned in Europe, so I wanted to ask if anybody got this screen in Europe (regularly trough the site, or through chat/call with sales rep) or has information that it will/will not be available soon? The second upgrade which is unavailable is a fingerprint reader - not so important, but nice to have.

I have another question for the owners of Studio 1737 which has been asked already in the forums but I didn't find a clear answer. Does this laptop support setting RAID 0/1 trough bios?

I just ordered a studio 17 and from what I gather, the laptop does not support Raid through Bios.

I have another question, does vista home premium supports striped dynamic disk (Software raid 0) ? Microsoft says no, but I have read reports on forums saying yes.
