The F12 function key on my one-week old Dell Studio 1737 got unstuck during ordinary, quiet typewriting. Nothing on it or on the keyboard is broken, just the tiny X-shaped folding mechanism unerneath has just got unstuck. I don't succeed in having the metal hooks catch the tiny openings at the back of the key and don't have any custom tweezers which Dell will undoubtedly use for this mounting keys. Has anybody got an idea on how to fix this without bothering a Dell technician (meaning you need to stay at home etc.). Thanks for helping me out!
