    Hi, I am looking for a tool to control the fans in my Studio 1747 (Core i7 720QM, Intel PM55 chipset).

    I tried SpeedFan and i8kfangui, both don't work :-( With my old Inspiron i8kfangui worked fine. OS is Win 7 x64.

    Does anybody know a solution for this?

    I wish I could find a software fan control for the 1557 too.

    If you do find one please post back.You have the same chipset and cpu so it should work on my end too.
