Hey guys, i got the Intel X25-M G2 80GB SSD for Christmas, and i'm looking for some help installing it. Mainly, does anyone know where i can get the hard drive caddy that is apparently needed to install a second drive (my 1747 has just one HDD)?

Thanks for any info! Merry Christmas!

I would love to know the part number for the caddy and where I could get it. Got SSD drive myself and can't do anything.

I emailed dell support about it earlier today. I'll let you know what they say when they reply.

Cool, let me know what you find. I really wish that Dell just left the design same from 1735.

Came across something while browsing a German forum. Don't know if stock numbers are the same across different countries, but I hope this helps you guys.
First is the rack, second are the screws, just in case you're clueless. :D

    • Dell Art.Nr. CPL-J7P67. Das ist der Festplatten-Einbaurahmen inclusive DELL<>S-ATA Adapter. Preis 1.75 Euro, und
    • Dell Art.Nr. CPL-XC470. der zusätzlich benötigte Schraubensatz. Preis 0.18 Euro.

Has anyone tried to order this? Also, what about the plate? This just seems to be an interposer and screws.
