    Studio Xps 16 --- Order Status ?!?!

    Hey,

    I recently ordered a studio xps 16 through the dell exclusive store on May 30th (saturday).. I received order acknowledgment mail from them on that day itself.

    I dint receive any order number or order confirmation mail from them after that.. I checked with the credit card guys, the amount was credited to Dell on June 1st.. Called customer care and dint get any good help...

    When I check the status through the online order status with the Internet Reference Number, it shows as invalid information.. Anyone else have seen something like this.. any help guys ?!...

    I think you should contact the person/Rep you purchased the Lappy from..they should be able to give you the most recent information..or call Customer Care again..and be firm, and ask for the latest update.

    You should be able to pull information from your online account with that Reference Number, and it shouldn't state *invalid information* at this point.

    And, if you ordered directly from Dell, your credit card shouldn't have been charged for the lappy, until it was about to ship. They might put a 2 day authorization hold on yourd, to verify you have funds to pay for the lappy. But then, it would drop until your lappy was going to ship.
