    Studio sound bar not working?

    Has anyone had any problems with there sound bar at the bottom right corner. This is my second laptop that dell sent me that has had the same problem.

    if i'm playing music and go to open the sound bar the sound bar freezes up and makes me shut it down. once that happens i don't have sound on anytinhg so i have to shut down and restart it and it works again.

    the only way i can raise the volume without it freezing is when i hit control F7 or F8

    is there a way to fix this???
