    whoever of you guys that ordered the expresscard remote, did you still get the blank insert card thing?

    id like to order the remote, but im afraid it will come installed in the laptop, which is somewhere i wouldnt have it most the time...

    sorry don't know about dell but my HP DV2500t shipped with the blank insert card thing installed in the laptop and the expresscard remote was packaged in the box.

    sorry, but why on earth wouldn't you store it in the express card slot? That's where it was designed to be stored so it doesn't get lost.

    I don't know what youre talking about because I ordered the expresscard remote for $18

    Edit: yea thats wierd i'm looking at the one remote you can buy as an accessory, but I have an entirely different remote. Plus that one sticks out of the express card slot whereas mine stays inside of it
