Everytime i remove the ac adapter the screen goes a little darker, i guess that the notebook does this to not use too much energy and have a larger battery life... my question is... how to change the settings of this?

If you have quickset, you can change the settings there. If you edit the battery profile, you change the brightness. You can also change it in the BIOS.

If you want to just do it manually each time, FN+up/down arrow on keyboard will adjust the brightness.
