every time i try i to get through to dell chat i get some silly error message saying:

now ether waaaaaaaay too many people are needing tech support and keeping the lines busy or they are just never open. ive tryed round the clock to make sure those times arent local with whereever tech support are based and still no luck.
tryed switching to IE, using the serveice tag of my dell desktop instead...

and they have the cheek to say on their page that they have award winning customer service! i just wanna get through so i can ask what village idiot gave them that award!!!
