This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I am having a lot of problems with my SXPS 1640..I contacted Dell endless number of times. Every time, they just replace the parts and I still get the problems....

    shak, I'm not trying to be negative here or insensitive to your situation, but you have so many posts on this same issue. Couldn't you keep it contained a bit more in one of the other threads?
