    Hello everyone.

Writing here to see if this is going normaly or i should begin to worry.
I use my Precision for work. The notebook is my "weapon" of work.
Last Sunday i had a major accident and my M6300 was partialy destroyed.

I called the Dell Tech (Portugal) and explained everything. On Tuesday the swap was aproved and they sent me to costumer care (europe i think). I chated a bit and on wednesday i received a proposal for a M6400 that i accepted so that i can receive the new one on the 8 of august.

Wednesday afternoon i called and they told me that when they got the order number they will send it to me via email.

Today morning i called again and ask for the status, i was told the swap was "in hands" and was not in production yet.

    Are these normal procedure?

Sorry to sound a bit harsh but i have my buziness partialy stoped because of this and i don't want to go and buy a new one just for this time period.

    Thanks for any answers.
    Cheers
