    Hi there.

I recently got mi 1420 replacement system due to the original one being quite defective. However, no one has rang me, sent me a mail, or anything regarding the original system, which i have here by my side to this day (replacement arrived like 28 of december).

How does this work? I thought dell would have to come up to my house to pick up the computer or something but nothing has happened yet.

For you guys who have done it, how does it work?

THey should ave give you an airbill in that box with the replacement. You are only supposed to have 10 days once you receive the replacement. You should call customer service ASAP.

Box with the replacement had NOTHING whatsoever.... no airbill, no nothing, it was just as a completely new system comes.

I got a Prepaid shipping label in the mail a few days later.

I would call to make sure.

If you are expecting a Freebie, hoping that dell made a mistake.....not gonna happen. They're pretty good about this. Save yourself the troubles and call them.
