This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Does Dell provide a CD or DVD system restore disk with each new laptop they sell? I didn't see an option where you could select one in their configuration process. HP does offer one for an extra $19.00 USD. I don't know if Toshiba offers one since I'm also looking at a laptop by Toshiba.
