    hi, i have a Dell with T7300 and im considering a U7500 it might sound pretty obvious but i would like to know if is there a big difference and advantages and disadvantages of the U7500 over the T7300

    Well, the U7600 is something like 90% slower in raw power than the T7300, so the U7500 should be something like 110-115% slower than the T7300. If you're a gamer, that's not an acceptable performance loss. Even if you do heavy multitasking, or photoshop work, I wouldn't recommend it. However it does consumer 25% less power at load and 23% less power on idle, so you'd see a significant battery life increase most likely. What are your needs for this notebook?

    Edit: Are you looking at the 1.2Ghz version or the 1.06GHz version?

    Edit#2: Isn't the U7600 only available as a BGA module? If so that wouldn't work for your Vostro.
