    they are just groups of people who are knowledgeable in the respective places that he team name says. so the dell team will be knowledgeable in the field of dell computers. and i guess u could hold a contest to do something but what would the prize be? how about a 50" hd plasma tv? my room in need of one. the wall on one side is complaining. :D

    hell yeah!!! dweezil should be our mascot and bouncer! for one, it would scare all of the other teams :D he would make for a very good bouncer . now we just need someone to get us soda and some other stuff.... and oh yeah, ill get working on that comparison chart later... ;)

    yeah u shoud have the prestigious job of complaining to dell till u start to know the CS staff.
    and what about the program, should i use powerpoint or excel? anyways, its one in the moring and i ahve to get to bed even though i had a strong cup of coffee a few hours ago.

    Question: Does all XPS support come from the US? Mine was purchased through EPP from my wifes employer, so I get American business support. When I call XPS service, they always have to transfer me to business support after I give them my service code.

    A quick BIO. I've worked as a Network Engineer for the last ten years. At my previous employer I was responsible for about 400 boxes ranging from the Dell GXA desk top all the way up to the Dell GX620. I've spent more time on Dell's Gold technical support line than I care to think about. At my home I have a Dell GX280 desk top as well as an Inspirion E1705 Laptop and I have an XPS 1530 in the boxing stage as we speak.

    I've worked in computer support for about eight years before moving into server architecture and administration for the Department of Energy where I am currently employed.

    I would like to join the Dell team in whatever aspect that may be helpful so just let me know!
