I get temperature readings from 55-65 degrees celsius (Using rivatuner) for GPU as soon as I boot up the computer, even though the computer feels cool to the touch (Shouldn't it be closer to room temperature or something?)

After playing an intensive game for about 3 hours, I get readings from 68-77 degrees. I am overclocked to 630/1260/875. Are these settings ok for maintaining my laptop's wellbeing for many years, or should I tone it down a bit? Thanks.
