Don't touch it and hope it gets bored and goes home.
Many years ago (12+) I watched a small any go across my screen on the inside and it disappeared, never to be seen again.

Alternatively - load up a graphically intense game for a few hours and the termite will probably burn, it's carcus will fade away inside the chasis of your laptop lol. -

PS: In our Asia office, a print server's power supply had exploded and in the process damaged the rest of the system. A dragon fly had entered the power supply and shorted the circuit. As a result the power supply got set to 110V from the default 220V. Boom! -
holy ****! my laptop is of any power for next many hours!!!

Play crysis and see how long the termite lasts

i have about 11 thrips (thunderbugs we call em) inside my tft screen, theyve been there for about a year now stuck between the glass(plastic?) and the bit behind it. They look like little comma's. Im tempted to open up the screen and see if I can dissasemble the screen enough to able to wipe them.

ah stupid bugs!!!!

i highly recommend leaving the computer plugged into the power adapter and urinating on the screen in a uniform manner (to make sure you cover the entire thing). Make the lives of those bugs miserable, and if you get lucky the computer might short out frying them all. take pictures
