    She gives me such a sense of excitement, only to let me down. Are all women this way? I, being a woman myself, hope that I don't exude that sort of excitement and confidence in my voice when I know &@%$! well that I am not going to be the bearer of good news.

    Personally, I think the way she says "Thanks" after I type in my order number really sounds like "Thanks, I was asleep and now I have to look up your stupid order number again. Thanks. Thanks a ton."

    haha HCW. mtyler, I think there are more folks asleep at Dell than just her. By the way, what are all of the folks doing while our parts are "not in stock" - there seriously seems to be a lot of building going on but nothing happening. Maybe we should all go work for Dell. Sounds like an A+ company to work for!

    LMAO. Man, this sucks doesn't it? Do they know how many unhappy customers they have right now? Look at the numbers on the message boards -- how many people are coming here to express and share their horror stories. I am really not sure it could be any worse!!
