Anybody notice that? It's the only thing preventing me from purchasing one right now? Maybe the web people forgot about it?

I went ahead and ordered it anyway; when I called the Dell people they said the instant rebates were today only and I got worried. What exactly is draft-n and is it a much bigger upgrade over the inte?

    Are you sure?
Even if that's true, it won't affect internet access speeds, since internet connections are almost always slower than the connection to the wireless router.

Anyway, you could order the card separately. I think this would be the one:

I don't know how easy it is to install on the 1520, but on my laptop the wireless card is easy to replace.

Whether you'd actually notice the difference is a separate question....

it might have been a "today-only" thing but the discounts had been going on yesterday too...i would not be surprised if they told you that to get you to go on an impulse and buy from them. i'm still waiting for draft-n.
