DELL seems to have 100 different U.S. phone numbers. It is tough to figure them out.

Which is the best # to call about replacement parts (such as to fix a dent in my media control buttons / bulge in my keyboard)?????

    Thanks.

If it's a warranty issue that would be Technical Support or Customer Support. If it's something you damaged and want to fix that would be Dell Parts.

I did see that, but considering they also have to fix a dent in the media control buttons, I figure I'll have the tech do that when he comes out.

    What is the tech/customer number?

Haha...thanks Rhodan. Didn't know it was up there.

Are the media controls the same piece as the glossy black border around them or are those two separate parts?

Also, do I need a new keyboard or just an adjustment?

Where else would it be? You really need to do your own searching once in a while...
