DELL seems to have 100 different U.S. phone numbers. It is tough to figure them out.
Which is the best # to call about replacement parts (such as to fix a dent in my media control buttons / bulge in my keyboard)?????
Thanks.

just to note, if you've got a XPS laptop, i've heard of "bulges" in the keyboard which are caused by underlying cables / screws not being put in the correct place, they can be moved back in place and corrected yourself if you feel confident, there's a thread about it on the forums here somewhere.

I did see that, but considering they also have to fix a dent in the media control buttons, I figure I'll have the tech do that when he comes out.
What is the tech/customer number? -

Haha...thanks Rhodan. Didn't know it was up there.
Are the media controls the same piece as the glossy black border around them or are those two separate parts? -
Also, do I need a new keyboard or just an adjustment?
