    If you downloaded rivatuner and its reporting ddr 3, it is wrong

    riva tuner is for desktop and is misreading the card for the dell


    if you want further proof, you can look at the gpu core/memory clock

    if you have ddr 3, the memory clock should be at 700mhz

    if you have ddr2, the memory clock is at 400mhz
