    The Dell 17 inch +WXGA (1440x900)laptop screens have "TrueLife" / matte ?

    anyone know this? was planning on buying one , but i get fatigue eyes with a reflecting screen :(

    I don't think it has the true life screen. I believe it has the matte screen. I am not 100% sure on this.

    17" WXGA+ (1440x900) is a matte screen! :)

    7900GS :D


    From what l've read it doesn't overheat, and definately doesn't run as hot as the go 7800.

    The Go7900GS is an excellent card from both a performance and power management standpoint; it consumes only 20W of power @ TDP. Compare that to the Go7800GTX (40W) and the Go7900GTX (45W).

    If you would like to see a WXGA+ screen in person, I'd advise going to a local computer retailer such as Best Buy. All of the 17" models they have on display are typically WXGA+.
