I don't know if this belongs here or not but I can't find a better Venue 8 Pro thread to post this in so I'll make a new one.

Anyway I bought one of these for my new V8P purchase. For one thing, the button on top requires a separate set of batteries (two small hearing aid batteries). The battery chamber these go in is ridiculous (it's underneath the cap of the main battery chamber; you have to unscrew this part on the bottom that's basically impossible to do with your bare fingers, I had to use a pair of pliers). The fact it still requires power like the ActiveStylus is a ding as well (I wanted a Wacom-style digitization screen where the stylus didn't need to be powered, like a Samsung S Pen).

And then on top of all that, the whole thing broke the first time I put it together (the top fell off so I don't think the top button works anymore).

Utter trash. Can Dell ever make a quality active stylus?

I...just realize the reason no one is posting is because I posted this on NotebookReview instead of TabletPCReview.

    Darn your similar sites.

    Sorry for clogging your board.
