This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Thats standard procedure these days, on the plus side, if its an NV card which Im pretty sure its a quadro iin the D620, the performance hit is nill, as turbo cache is hardware based and much more efficient than ATI's software solution hypermemory.
