    Hi, did anyone order a M1530 from the Shopping channel for the "Showstopper' back on January 6th? (I dont expect many replies)

    Thats a great deal! I was watching that with my gf while mine was still being built and i was like ****! i should cancel and get this. But the only thing that irks me is the xga screen. I like the xga+

    Yeah, the fact that it had the WXGA screen was the only drawback, but then I realized I'll be doing modern gaming, so at least the lower resolution will be the native resolution when it comes to demanding games like Crysis.

    I noticed no one who replied had gotten the laptop....
    Anyway, I ordered mine from TSC on the sixth, it is now the 25 and I have still not received it. My tsc tracking order says "still in the warehouse". The only thing that has shown up is the carrying case, which arrived on the 16th. To me, that's the wagging tongue from dell as in saying " nah nah nah nah nah, we got your laptop, you have to wait" :p
    I sent an email yesterday to tsc asking what the deal is, should get a reply today. I'll post back on what it says later.

    I got my e-mail today saying it was shipped! But they didnt give me a link to a website that I could track my order with :( . Also, DELL says that the order date was on 1/15/08 and shipped on the 21st. Oh and they said that the estimated delievery date is the 30th.

    i got a reply from tsc and they gave me the tracking number for the carrying case. And since you said the date was estimated for the 30th, hopefully that will be the same for me.
    I sent a reply back to tsc telling them of the mistake, and should get another reply soon.

    Well, after days of replies and re:replies I finally got my dell order number. And every thing looks good to me.......except the small detail of the estimated delivery date. February 11th. WTF?! That's 36 days from the order date!!! And I believe the eta from tsc was 17-20 days. So now it should be a couple more weeks.
