:D Ok thanks to everyone on this forum I have a bad ass rig and I paid pretty much the same as people do for an ordanary notebook. I first recieved a defective system from dell which had a broken screen, I called up and they shipped me a new system in a week. I then enjoyed it with the nvidia go 7900gs I was able to beat tomb raider legends in two days. I then got F.E.A.R. It ran decently but it would lag a little because it was on high settings and I only had 512 ram inside. I then asked for peoples advice on this forum on which ram to get and I upgraded myself to 2 gigs of 667. I ordered on new egg and I got it next day which is freaking crazy. I didnt believe the package was for me :) Well I upgraded myself which was pretty simple and took less then 10 minutes. Then I loaded up my notebook every thing was fine and working at 2 gigs 667. I then ran F.E.A.R. again and ran the stress test were it plays a video that is a minute or two long and tells you how many frames you get per second. I got 100% of 40 frames or higher on medium settings, 29% 25 frames or higher and 79% 40 frames or higher on high settings, and on max was about 40% higher then 25 and, 60% above 40. This is freaking sick man FEAR runs freaking perfect with no lagging. So far im on hte six level and the pros outwieigh the cons :) This machine gets the thumps up :) Thanks people at notebooks review for your help :)

Ohhhh, god, lol, your making my wait that much worse! Still waiting on ups to get mine here (god dang they are slow, why does dell use them?). Ha, awesome, I already have a copy of FEAR, that'll probably be the first game I try on it.

Yeah it is. I can play anything comfortably. Battlefield runs at 35 + fps at 1900x1200 with everything on high. It usually runs around 40-45 though, rarely goes down to 35. WoW is childs play on high settings...

Congrats! The E1705 has great specs for the price. Congrats again, and that 7900GS is a great card.

    The DV8000 is heavier
