I'm thinking about getting the e1505. Since I'm not a gamer, is there any reason to get the higher end graphic card?

Dedicated graphics memory, usually more configuration options. Plus if you do plan on playing games down the road you don't have the headache of not being able to because you didn't spend the few extra dollars to get a better GPU.

You might need a dedicated video card if you were planning to do heavy video editing or things like that.

A dedicated GPU has more processing power, and reduces the overall stress of the CPU, therefore increaising system performance on the whole.

a dedicated GPU is good for all the reasons mentioned above, as well as it boosts the resale value of the notebook if you plan to sell it...well depends how old it is when you sell it, but it will boost the resale price nontheless.

If you have the option for dediacted graphics, its a good idea to get it whenever you can, if gaming is not important, dont go for the high end cards, as thats just wasted money, but a good mainstream or even an entry level card would be a good choice. Dont ever get a laptop video card thinking you'll just upgrade it later, if you can upgrade at all, it will be expensive, it will void your warranty, and is seldom ever worth it in the end.
