My Original Dell Guarantee has expired. But I also have 3-Year bought warranty which is not evided in the Dell System Information.

I have the paper and all but this is a rip-off ! I want to fix that now !
I have paid over 200euros for that 3 year warranty !

Is this additional 3 year warranty through Dell or a third party? If you bought it from a store, some stores offer extended warranties for the products they sell. In that case, you should contact them, your warranty paper should list the phone number(s) you need to use to get serviced.

Where did you buy the warranty? Haris is right...if you bought it from somewhere other than Dell, it is most certainly not a Dell warranty.

Hmmm... :( I'm very dissapointed with your negative answer.
It's a third party warranty. Now the case is that I moved from Ireland/UK to Slovakia where there is not store like that.
I bought it in Dixons. I was googling a bit and I found : DSG International plc (link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSG_International_(retailer)
Which has international support, thanks for answer anyway

If it is a 3rd party warranty, then Dell will have no record of it - nor will they ever actually honor it unless they decide to go above and beyond. Any warranty claims after the Dell warranty expires have to go through that 3rd party.
