    I am new here and thinking about buying a new laptop. The main one I am looking at is the Dell Studio 17 with these specs.:

    call again after the 15th, you will get better value for your money.

    the dell 17 look really nice. That setup should be okay for WOW, and some new games, probably not all of them. It's a middle of the road graphics card, but it should work just fine. I'm not sure what you're planning to do in school, but it's a bit bulky as compared to 15in notebooks so it might not be all that easy to be carrying around all over the place.

    is this suposed to be available today? I didn't see it while custumizing mine today. Is there any more info on this? I want to order a studio 17 soon, but want to make sure I don't miss on any features that will be available soon. Thanks again.

    Montevina is supposed to be out today and the Studio will soon receive flush-mount glass screens which is worth waiting for alone.

    supposedly the screen will not have the bezel around it and be the entire top of the computer. date available is not known.
