    When i got my laptop from dell outlet it had a hardware issue making it blue screen ALOT, i finnally got dell to replace it with a new one with the name specs. Well I got the replacment today and guess what they did. I got a brand new one and guess what. They gave me 2 gbs of memory and i only had 1 gb before. And I got the ATI X1400 and i only had the intergtated before. And the SB Audigy Adv HD Audio.
    Man Im happy

    That's great news! My Latitude D620 is being repaired right now, but I sure wouldn't mind getting it back with more goodies. Of course, I'll be glad if it just turns on.

    Imagine the look on the face of the guy who sent in a Dell with 2 gigs of ram and an X1400 and got 1 gig and an integrated gpu one back... ;)

    same thing happened to me. I bought an E1505 with the normal screen and they upgraded it. They also gave me a faster processor and more ram. this is from the outlet. The outlet rocks!!!

    When I returned mine (D620 with Intel GMA) since I wanted the NVIDIA, they remade me a new one and it came within 6 days from the day that I called. They paid for return shipping of the old one.

    so today i was looking at my dell account and it listed how much the replacment laptop was..........can you say $1950
    HAHA i was like wow
    and i only paid $900

    OMG that would totally suck!! and imagine dell saying no thats what u sent us, lol, lmao!

    But maybe when they send laptops back they just take a refurbished from there outlet, lol that would suck 2
